Mouldy goods, stale goods

Contacted Ferndale Spar after realising that the cake I had bought was mouldy everywhere. They responded and asked for the details etc., I gave them everything that they needed and nothing was done. I have previously found that cakes and baked goods are still sold if they are stale as I had bought cheesecake that was stale as well.
