Food Poisoning! Selling Under cooked food at Bakery!!!

I am completely disgusted and feel sick!!! Earlier today I bought this Apple tart at the Kenworth Spar in Rocklands, Bloemfontein. As you can CLEARLY see from my pictures it is severely UNDERCOOKED!!! The bacteria from the undercooked crust can cause E coli, Salmonella and Listeria!!! How are you selling such a subpar and illness causing food. My family ate this tart. I only noticed once I was given a slice...a while after my family had eaten it already. It tasted doughy and had an after taste of flour... I went to the kitchen to look at the tart...only to be met with a layer of dough under the crumble layer. I literally just threw up and am feeling so ill. .. I can not believe that this is the quality of product you are selling to US. .. I will be forwarding ALL of this information to the relevant parties. This is a food safety issue and I need your company and franchise owners to take this seriously. ..because I see too many people in your hot food and bakery lines to take this lightly. How many more people are you guys getting sick. Food Inspectors need to visit your stores and make sure you guys make the grade!!! I'm so unimpressed and disappointed. This is my local Spar and my family and I spend too much money at this store...for too many years to have to constantly worry about the quality of my store prepared food.
