Exceptional Service

On the 10th of September I ordinarily entered the Kwik Spar in Three Rivers VAAL to get some snacks and drinks. The lady at the door kindly welcomed me with a beautiful smile on her face and greeted me and sprayed sanitizer on my hands, I thought to myself "Hmm, such a smile must be my new haircut" and continued about my business.

I walked around and the store was in a very good condition in terms of cleanliness. I quickly got my items and headed to the cashiers. A lady by the name of Lolo called on me and also greeted me warmly with a smile (Now I'm like damn my Barber really outdid himself this time). Then Lolo asked me if I would like a plastic bag and I said yes. (At this point my mind is at a Shoprite or Pick n Pay in Soweto where cashiers don't even look at the person they are serving, so I just wanted to get out of there).

But Lolo was about to make my experience a very memorable one. Then again she asked me if I got everything that I needed and I said yes and she said alright I just wanna make sure you don't come back from the car because your forgot something. I was just wowed by that statement and my mind immediately came back to reality, it wasn't about my new haircut but it was about the service standard that Lolo and her colleagues offer to their customers.

When walking out I felt like going back around just to experience that service again but unfortunately I had really gotten everything I needed. A big shoutout to the whole staff of Kwik spar three rivers for such a wonderful service. I hope this message can really reach them so they can know that they are really appreciated.
