Die personeel by Paarl East Spar is onmanierlik en onmenslik

Tonight the 20th of October I went to Spar Paarl East. At the till I asked for my brand of cigarettes and said the color as from previous experience I know they won't know if i give them the flavor. The staff was so rude and shouted about what i asked what I wanted. This is not the first time I have experienced this bad customer service. I didn't grow up in Paarl and is from Cape Town and the service I experience here is shocking every single time. The same with the beggars outside with their kids and the dodge people hanging around and it seems like management don't care. Please sort out your staff and explain to them the customer is always right and also how to treat a customer cause the service left a bad taste in my mouth. Secondly sort out the beggars outside your shop cause I come to shop for my family and not to be screamed by beggars that I must buy them stuff. Even though we are people of color shopping by this store there needs to be respect between the till staff and front-end supervisor and the customer.
