BAD SERVICE!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at Spar mount Edgecombe, I recently made a purchase using my Debit card which said declined, I then paid in cash, however the transaction did go through, when I approached Spar they were unreasonable and failed to assist me, I frequent this supermarket as I work close by, they still fail to refund my money which my bank has confirmed Spar has already banked.
