Shocking & unprofessional service to tenants

I urge anyone wanting to stay in a MySpace residence to not move in. Although the properties are clean & modern, the management from MySpace is horrific. Many occasions this year, only one remote would work to open a gate for a digs with 16 people ! Digs members experience being locked out of the property from 2am until 5am. An inverter was installed this year to “help us”. After roughly 1hr, out of mostly 2hr sessions of load shedding, the inverter would beep non-stop, doing nothing else but irritate digs members. After which, the alarm would go off & most nights at 2am, members would have to switch it off & deal with security. All of these problems were communicated to management to which no help or fixing was provided for many months after. Management & maintenance treats the tenants with no respect. What is disturbing is that workers have no regard for any of the tenants personal space & privacy. Accounts of a maintenance man walking into girls rooms while they were showering. They open & look through our rooms & items around the digs as they please.
