Worst service I have ever encountered

Well after having the machine ordered and paid for in March and being told that the machines will be delivered last week, I phoned and left 2 messages for Christiaan last week and no response. Then since yesterday I can not get through to them. It is just background music and holding on for 2 hours twice I put the phone down. I then phoned my medical aid and was told that if I can't get any further contact from them I must call the ***** line. I will give it till tomorrow after sending an email yesterday and one this morning. If no response is received by tomorrow I will contact the medical aid ***** line.
