Unpleasant Experience

I waited 5 months for device after the medical aid had paid for the device, upon receiving the new device they insisted I keep the old accessories from the rental device, they kept the new accessories. <br> When the rental was returned they with held my deposit which they based on the fact that I did not give them the old accessories as well. Had they bother to call me back with in 4 hours after promising to return my call in 30 minutes it may avoid the complaint.
