Do not trust these guys. I am so sorry I did not researched them better. I had my apnea test at the end of March 2021. The testing part and the download of the info by the sister was done on time and no problems there. It was after that. Firstly to get the reports out of them was a mission. The report of the apnea test was quick. Within four days they sent me the report and kept in touch to arrange the titration test. I did the titration test over the Easter Weekend. Then my battle started with the report. It took then nearly two weeks to send me the report. I received the report middle April. The sales consultant phoned me about a week after that after I kept on phoning and emailing them. He explained the machine and said that they have one in stock and if I can make payment immediately he will book it for me and they will courier it to me. So I did. Up to now, I am still waiting. Everyday I phone them and then it is a different excuse. The latest is that they cannot pick up my address on Google after they confirmed my address a week ago. The consultant that I initially spoke to said I will get it within three days. They just did not say three days from when.
