My Sleep.....wake up and smell the coffee!

Fast asleep! They never keep you up to date on your order, you have to sent emails which never get answered. I started working with Christiaan, after I complain to Christiaan about not giving me feedback I was handed over to Chantel..I have asked for my headgear and nasal mask to be delivered to me almost two months ago because my current one is totaly worned and damaged. I can not get a peaceful nights sleep and keep on biting my tongue. The answer from Chantel was.....'give me a day or two and I will get back to you'. Well Chantel, I am still waiting for your call and my mask. Someone called a week ago to confirm my address.....maybee they fell asleep while packing the vehicle.
