Horrible service...actually quite shocking

I have never received such poor service...

Results take forever because the only doctor on board is busy at another hospital. Results are not sent to you unless you call several times until someone bothers to send ot to you. After paying and ordering my CPAP machine, it took more than a year to finally arrive...however, promises are plenty...if you pick up the phone yourself and follow up. We are still waiting (almost 3 months now) for a refund of around R7000 that they owe us. They have simply stopped responding to my emails...no feedback, no refund, no response whatsoever. This is about half the issues I have had with their bad service. Wouldn't be their client again, nor suggest them to anyone.
