Bad service by My Sleep in Newlands Pretoria

My Husband went for a Sleep Study for his sleep apnea at a company called My Sleep in Newlands Pretoria in January 2021. Their service were not good from the start but , but after they received authorization from our medical aid for the CPAP device it became even worse, they claimed for the device from our medical aid and got paid in middle February 2021 . Since then we were unable to get any service from them , actually now when we try to contact them they have a recording stating that due to unforeseen circumstances they cannot attend to the call , needless to say, we never received the CPAP device but they have received payment for it 3 and a half months ago already. In the mean time my husband is struggling to sleep and we now have to fight with our medical aid to reverse the payment before we can seek other medical attention , that is going to costs us a lot, because now we will have to do the sleep study out of our own pocket as our benefits are depleted due to this company's poor and ********** activities.
