BAD BAD SERVICE

I was unfortunately diagnosed with Obstructive Apnea, So My Sleep is the supplier of my Cpap machine. Only during the Original ordering I had communication from them and them telling me that my medical aid covers it all. BULL I had to do a R2000 payment to the medical aid. This year I have order a new mask as the thing they gave me was too big, No after 3 months of getting payment from my medical aid, I still have not received my mask cause Apparently I Need to pay the 800+???? I did send mails to the consultant (Yeoline Hewitson) to ask for a cheaper option, but has got NO joy from this company. NOT EVEN FOLLOW UP reported are done after them saying that they does this monthly?
