Absolutely useless - stay away!!1

I don't even want to give them one star because they don't deserve it. I'm posting this on behalf of a friend of mine - an older lady in her late 70's. She was diagnosed with sleep apnea and they were going to order her machine - this was August 2018. She's made numerous calls - at her expense - and she keeps being told that they are waiting for the machine, it's been ordered, they are waiting for the medical aid etc etc.....all ****!! When my friend contacted the medical aid they said they never even received a claim from My Sleep. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN ORDERED THE MACHINE. 4 MONTHS down the line - and nothing has been done. And now when she calls they keep telling her they'll phone back and NEVER do. How can you pride yourself in service when you don't have any. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE. They are useless!!!
