Worst Service Ever!!! Will never order from them again.

If I could give MSH a negative rating I would. This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, in fact it has NO customer service. I was warned about this from friends but I thought the clothes were so pretty I would give them a chance...that was a big mistake. I sent a dress back in March that didn't fit ( their sizes are very hit and miss ) and I am still waiting for a refund 5 months later. If anyone ever bothers to reply to my emails they are generally short, bordering on rude. I don't think anyone knows what is going on in the shipping or customer care side of this business. They take beautiful pictures and have a lovely professional looking web site but God forbid you have to try and return anything and you will be in a world of pain. I can only assume that any good reviews for this company come from people who were lucky enough to be happy with their purchase. For me it's not worth the risk when there are other clothing sites that actually care about their customers. Once they have your money they stop caring....in fact in my case they pretty much disappear. I will never order from them again.
