Terrible service and Customer Care

Resorting to bad reviews is not something I do often as I feel companies, especially small local ones, deserve a chance. However, this lack of service and the issues are ridiculous! Quite clearly I am not the only one. Please just answer your emails, and when you eventually do, make sure it is with truthful information. Please sort yourselves out MSH, you have incredible clothes (or so Instagram would lead you to believe) , but terrible service!
