Shopping Horror - My Scattered Heart

My Scattered Heard is by far the most horrific online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a hat on the 23rd October with a specific request to get the hat by the 25th and they agreed. I did not receive my hat until the 7th of November after countless follow up e-mails and that were met with unsavoury responses. Upon receipt of the hat it was bent at the brim because it was shipped in a packet instead of a box, when I enquired about a returns process I was not responded to - to date.

A horrific shopping experience I do not recommend in any way.
