Shocking experience

This is an absolute nightmare that has been going on since February this year! 8 months! Phoning emaiming begging and pleading! False promises and then silences. No communication! Disgusting! I returned a dress 7 months ago and still have not received my refund. I paid for another skirt that was not received and still nothing. They owe me R1720 in total!! So many people I know have had bad experiences with them.. its shocking and ****************!
