Shocking Customer Service and Quality

I purchased a dress via the online store in March. After trying it on, I discovered it was too small for me and so contacted MSH to find out the process of returning the dress. The customer service is SHOCKING. No one rep**** to my numerous emails since 20 March and only after complaining on their FB and instagram pages, did someone finally get hold of me this week but then stopped communicating again once I rep**** to them. I have never dealt with such incompetence before. The worst part is that the dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture on their website and was terrible quality. Will never buy from them again.
