Not complying with their own return policy!

February 2018, i ordered a dress, which was of absolute no quality! I requested a return, which was done, and since then every time I have contacted them, to order something for the credit I have! I either get a reaponse of Ofcourse, or non at all! After approximately 7 requests to order something else for my credit, two emailed complaints, and 1 Instagram DM complaint, I still have had absolutely no luck in actually getting anything for the Credit that is due to me! Which is absolutely disappointing to say the least!
