Non existent communication and updates

I haven't received a product so I cant' comment on the quality. But minimal to none communication exists between the brand and its consumers. After asking numerous times for updated on my purchase they just decided for me that they would rather return my money. Of course, we are back at step one continuing with the waiting game and no updates or replies on when I will receive my money. Except for Elizabeth A, posting positive hello peter reviews multiple times, only bad reviews exist for this brand.
