No customer service - shocking

I am so disappointed. I ordered my dress a while ago and when I send emails and Instagram messages, I get absolutely no response. I have experienced such bad customer service from this brand and still haven't received my order. I'm trying to support local brands, but I can't believe this shocking customer service. They post new images on their Instagram profile the whole time, but I get absolutely no response. You won't see me ordering from you again!
