My Scattered Ordered
My Scattered Heart or MSH, is an online shopping site. While their social media sites are pretty and professional, their clientel service is too shocking beyond words and pretty photographs. In this day and age of online shopping there is no excuse for shoddy service. Not only shoddy, but unprofessional. No emails ansewered, Blocked from social media if you give a bad review. They clearly did not get the memo on customer care. Having shopped regularly online for clothes, this site is a prime example of why many people are weary to online shop. They give online shopping a bad name. Nearly 3 weeks and no delivery, one email to say "Tomorrow" meaning, delivery on a Saturday (!) . Unacceptable!

05 Jun 2019, 11:59Since this post, My Scattered Heart have rectified the order. Not only did they deliver the item, but they also refunded me the money for the hassel and mismanagement. Well Done MSH on eventually coming to the party.
