My Scattered Heart - Poor Quality Product & Customer Service

I had a very poor experience with My Scattered Heart. I ordered 2 dresses from them, one of which arrived with holes in both underarms. (That dress was R900) I really liked the dress though and I requested to exchange it for another one. They were supposed to collect the faulty dress and then dispatch a new one - a week went by and nothing happened. I emailed repeatedly and got very short, rude and unprofessional replies like "I'm sorry babe"... I'm not your babe, I'm your customer... They kept saying that Dawn Wing would come to collect which they never did and another week went by. Eventually I was able to get the owners number from a friend who had a similar experience and contacted her directly. I sent her the unprofessional replies I got from her staff and she was all apologetic - it still took 3 follow-up messages with her to finally get some joy. After 3 weeks of back and fourth, I got a refund instead and they didn't even bother to collect the faulty dress. My advice? It's more trouble than it's worth and the quality is **** anyway, my friend said they buy it in PE for next to nothing and mark it up like no ones business - go to Zara instead.
