My Scattered Heart- No Dress, No Money Refunded!

I ordered (Order #4779) x3 items from MSH on 21 March 2019. On 29 March 2019 I received only x2 items

I emailed MSH 1 April 2019 requesting feedback for the missing items x1 Wild City Dress R860.00 No answer or reply

I emailed again 9 April 2019 No answer or reply

I reached out to MSH via their Instagram message 4 April 2019 No answer or reply

I tried again via Instagram message 6 April 2019 No answer or reply

I'm extremely disappointed as my holiday I wanted to wear the dress to has now come and gone. I haven no recourse to get the dress or money back?
