My Scattered Heart - dishonest ****!

I bought several items online from My Scattered Heart almost 2 years ago. still not received my money back from my return . many promises were made & I was assured I would get my money back or a replacement item -to no avail. At every turn there was another excuse eventually I gave up. In Oct it will be 2 years. R1800 is not a small amount to just laugh off. Please don't buy from this ******** dishonest business. I have received other accounts from colleagues & friends who have had similar experiences with the same online store.
