MSH, south africas most unbeloved company

Wow where to even begin, firstly after ordering i was not given a tracking number or courier name and when i went to their website to look for information, i began to notice something strange - half of the photos of the clothing they sell ARE NOT THEIRS, a quick reverse image search reveled that they had used photos from countless other brands acting as if it were their clothing. Second to that is how passive aggressive their customer service is, i tried emailing them over and over and when i got no response i took to messaging them on Instagram, to which i was met with no response until i expressed that i felt i was being ****med. That representative was rude, passive aggressive and condescending. They then spammed me with 6 emails all of the same thing because i had mentioned to the instagram rep that i hadnt gotten the first email they sent. Thirdly, when i asked tirelessly about my parcel and where it was i was told to expect it on monday, Tuesday at the latest. When those days came and went i was told it would be here Thursday morning, Thursday morning rolls around and my package is no where in sight and no body is replying to my emails. 700rand down and 100% disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy
