Embarrassing!

Terrible service... it’s actually embarrassing! Also the quality is not good- especially since the price points are so high! I think what is most upsetting is how this brand knocks off oversea brand designs. Like I said, embarrassing! Also I find it hilarious that the only good reviews come from the same contributors. This brand needs to get its act together or close its doors!
