DISGUSTING “SERVICE”

WORST SERVICE EVER

I normally buy from this local business regularly and the last few times I have been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of customer service. I will NEVER buy from them ever again. I received the worst message in response to my Repeated messages to them!

“ How can I help?

Sorry we are blocked up with messages from requests to bloggers to adverts

We are unable to read these immediately x”

To which I responded, but still no order has been fulfilled! They continuously post on their Instagram page, but have no time to respond to customers - they should learn where their bread is buttered!!!!
