Disappointing!!!

I am beyond disappointed. I am all for supporting local businesses and fellow South African's, but the service I have received from MSH is appalling! I have been a long time customer, way back when they sold thrift clothes in 2012.

I placed an order on 05/05/18. The email I received said it would take 5-7 working days to be delivered. After nines days had past (6 working days) my order remained unfulfilled, not even processed! I emailed/called/sms'ed to no reply.

Eventually, 13 days later, I received confirmation of my order ONLY being placed and only now is it being couriered.

I ordered this dress for a specific purpose, a family wedding and now I last minute have to make a plan B as I travel tonight. What makes me more frustrated is that this dress wasn't particularly cheap either.

I am so disappointed. I don't mind shipping taking its time, I mind not having my calls/emails/ sms answered. TERRIBLE customer service!
