A refund would be better than credit you can’t use !!!

Hopefully I get response after this review !!!! I have been mailing and messaging on all social media platforms with no luck ... after sending back a dress that did not fit I was assured that my credit would be held until I found something that I wanted .... and now that there is an item I want to order I have been trying to get in touch to use my credit (clearly they don’t have proper bookkeeping) and they conveniently avoid or just ignore my mails ... worst service , unprofessional I would go as far as calling it a **** with how I have been treated trying to use the credit
