A WASTE OF MY TIME

I am currently undertaking renovations on my apartment, and contacted a number of contractors to quote me on the work required. Mohamed came out and spent an hour asking what was needed by me. He took all the necessary measurements and said that he would provide me with a quote shortly thereafter. I waited approximately 2 weeks without hearing from him, I thereafter continuously contacted him only to be given the run-around. After another week his phone was switched off. I waited another week and tried again and when he answered he said that he had mailed me the quote. I told him that I did not receive it and he said that he did not know why and that he would resend it immediately. I still have not received it. He just wasted my time and if he did not want the job, should have said so.
