My Print Bar has no ink

2 months since my order and My Print Bar hasn't printed my canvas prints. After numerous queries via email, they finally responded saying that they don't have ink?!?! What print shop runs out of ink for a good couple of months? That's not the worst part though, even though they don't have ink, they are continuing to sell their canvas prints on OneDayOnly.

After complaining to OneDayOnly (where I bought these canvas prints), an agent from My Print Bar contacted me advising that my order will be dispatch "tomorrow". It has not been 2 weeks and nothing still. Further email queries get ignored.

Disappointing print company and non-existent support. It's like they don't have the slightest bit of care...
