My Pretty Vintage is the worst business ever. Stay away

<p>WARNING: Never use their services for your wedding. You are guaranteed to be disappointed on you wedding day.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife used to work for them, that is why she decided to support them. Biggest mistake ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>They can’t seem to get orders right, they are unorganized and won’t admit it.</p> <p> </p> <p>We waited for them to respond to an email with the issues below. I finally decided to phone them. Their excuse for not responding: “We were too busy”. They were too busy to sort out grievances with a client?</p> <p> </p> <p>We ordered and payed for goods that we did not received. The whole wedding color scheme was planned around the napkins that we ordered from them. Their solution? Go get it from someone else.</p> <p> </p> <p>A red postbox we ordered was wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>They were able to switch the runners with a different color, but in their panic state they counted it wrong and now blames us for their loss. We were supposed to phone them on our wedding day! We did not have time to count it ourselves because we had appointments and did not expect to run around for napkins that we already payed for. Even after a month she(Angie) can’t tell me how much I “owe” for the missing runners.</p> <p> </p> <p>The owner Angie is unprofessional and won’t admit that they have done anything wrong. She does not give you a chance to explain your point. When I asked her to stop talking and listen to what I have to say; she simply said “You are not my mother”. I am a man; why would she compare me to a woman! She has no respect for her clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM MY PRETTY VINTAGE!</p>
