Disgusted and disappointed

Disappointment is an understatement

Someone stole a certain portion of my perfume/cologne, I reported the incident to the housekeeping manager, she promised to buy it in the morning before my checkout in the morning. That didn't happen, not even an apology from the hotel, what was even worse, when I was about to depart I was called by a certain lady to sign something I requested her to come to the car because I was late for an appointment in East London and on top of that it was raining. I had to go back to the hotel because they thought I didn't pay for my hotel stay, when I arrived at the reception, there was a certain lady wearing grey and red with a stinky attitude thinking I was about to leave without paying. My Pond hotel staff treatment was disgusting and the issue someone who stole a certain portion of my perfume....I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you want to erase beautiful memories of Port Alfred. I don't even want to mention limited breakfast options. But something for sure a white person wouldn't get such treatment, I was treated that way because I'm black even the issue of perfume that was left hanging.
