Beware of M.Y. Plumbers and Electrical 58 Spencer Road, Clare Estate, Durban - Yusuf. Yusuf Khan demanded 100% payment upfront for a prepaid water meter R3300. Tenants prevented him access to the property. Prepaid Meter costs R2200, Labour R1100, Total R3300 Yusuf attempted to unlink the prepaid meter from my Citiq profile without reimbursing me. He then reimbursed just meter cost R2200 only, saying he was "cash strapped" and he would retain R500 for sitting outside the property, but would reimburse the R600 were no materials were used the next week. He just ignores correspondence. However, the fact that he attempted to unlink the meter from my profile WITHOUT reimbur*****t of the meter, and now failure to refund the R600 he agreed when no other material costs were incurred. He merely sat outside my house. It is clear he had no intention to reimburse anything, except when Citiq were on the ball and phoned the owner of the prepaid meter!
