Took my money but I never received the goods

I placed an order on line with this company for personalized goods on the 30th of October, I then added a few more items I wanted. They required an EFT in the amount of R589 for both orders. The amount was paid over to them on the 4th of November. I then enquired a week later as to when I can expect the tracking number for my goods. I kept enquiring throughout November and into December. Where after they agreed to refund my money as they so called could not find the tracking number this was sent under. To date I have had no Reponses from this company nor have I received my money back, after they promised this would be done. Please be aware of this company !.
