RENO DELAYED WITH NO REFUND!

The contractor kept calling before job was started and hassled us to start. After we paid him deposit, he was there for first week and now we sit with job far from complete and he doesnt answer calls or return them. He keeps making promises to come complete the job but there is no action to his words. I think now our only option is to go lay charge and report him to Dial a Contractor. Our hard earned money cannot just be given away like this. Worst thing is that, i told my husband that this time we need to contact professionals to get job done properly and fast, DIDNT HAPPEN.
