DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS POTENTIAL TENANTS.

Signed an application form at one property, and then viewed another property with the same company the same day we were approved for the first property.

I received a call from David Raath in the most disrespectful tone informing me that he will not do business with me due to how ********* I am, this being despite no lease agreement ever being signed. We only completed a credit check consent form.

He continued to to inform me how ********* I am, how he will never do business with me, and how he will be reporting me to the legal practice council after I requested his professional details relating to the estate agency board.

Absolutely appalled how I was spoken to, and how he conducts his business.

If this is how he treats you before signing a lease agreement, I can only imagine how he will treat his tenants. Would never recommend David Raath or My Next Properties.

I will definitely be taking this further.
