Wrongfully billing of fleet drivers MNC.IO
My next car.io is mistreating of it staff it's over billing workers that came to fetch a car a car that doesn't stop in the rain..cause accidents in a dramatic way. My next Car please address how you advised your workers on the mistreatment drive get an unfair rate of trip an the delayed assistance wen required for the fleet...cause all they do is cutting of cars with bolt customers present while on a trip...*********!!

If any driver has experienced delays in assistance, unfair trip rates, or safety issues, we sincerely apologise. These matters are never acceptable, and we urge affected individuals to report them directly so we can take immediate action. We’re currently reviewing our billing and support processes to ensure better fairness and faster responses. Vehicle safety is also a top priority—any car that does not meet safety standards is removed from our fleet.
