No communication bad service
It was great to be able to get a car and to start Bolt BUT no one tells you that if you drive over 1327km's you pay R0,59c per km. The person that is over my account is quick to phone you and say you got the statement so we are waiting for the outstanding amount. But if you have queries they ignore you, you can phone, email but nothing. He will not respond!!!
Now you want to give the car back and are told that if you use your own car you will first start under MNC and once you don't owe them any money you can create your personal Bolt Profile and then only do you drive for yourself

15 May 2025, 15:07Hi Eztefan, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you had the opportunity to start driving, but we’re sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve faced.
The km cap and excess rate are not only part of the rental agreement, but also explained clearly during driver training and induction. That said, we understand misunderstandings can happen, and we’re happy to clarify if needed.
No driver should feel ignored—if your account manager hasn’t responded, that’s not acceptable, and we’ll escalate this. You deserve fair, respectful communication.
As for switching to your own car, we simply ask that any outstanding balance be settled first. We're open to flexible solutions to help you move forward.
Please reach out to us directly so we can resolve this fairly and quickly. MNC Team
