My long term car rental, I app**** for a vehicle they approved and said I must find a dealership and ask for a proformer invoice, so they can make a payment to the dealership..After doing so I paid my first installment because they don't release a vehicle without that first installment. You also have to send in a contract before they complete everything. After all that I've tried communicating with the company emails and calling the office, Now after paying they don't respond to my emails and the phone is no longer working. I just want my money back because it obvious they are ******** people. Who desperately need cars.
