What a Huge Differance!!!!

I emailed on Wednesday to advise that the product i had bought was sour and that i wanted them to know. Well i was hugely surprised to get a call yesterday to say that they would personally be delivering a new product to my work premises. And they did with a smile and apologizing for what i went through. The after service was absolutely WOW and i will definetly stay a loyal customer with such great service. I unfortuntely did not get the name of the person who did the delivery but Thank you for taking the time to bring it to me and to Ahmed for making the call. Alot of call centres could learn from your service...
