Unprofessional Service

Completely unprofessional conduct from My Home Garden. I made a booking at the beginning of September for the end of the month. On the last of September, they pitched up 3 hours earlier than they were meant to be here without any warning and I was not at home. They then informed that they would come back at the correct time but guess what, 5 minutes before they were meant to be here, Leander called me to say that her team is stuck on another site and they are running late. She said they will be one hour late. They never pitched up and she claimed to have called me on whatsapp to inform me they could not make it. My phone never rang but there was a missed call notification - she did not even have the decency to wait for the phone to ring and apologise. I called back but she never answered but she still maintained that she has the highest work ethics. In an industry where good service is critical, she needs to realise that is not how one runs a business. Anyway, it is probably better that her team did not pitch up for the job because I can clearly see what are the work ethics and values of My Home Garden...completely unreliable and unprofessional and non-existent work ethics.
