DEBIT CARD DEDUCTIONS - MY GATE

I just received notification from my bank that a debit order of R397.00 was deducted from my account from this company: https://mygate.co.za/ I have never heard of them never did I enter into an agreement with anyone allowing them to deduct money from my account. I have absolutely no idea what this is for. I have tried to contact them, but they are unavailable. I have been in contact with my bank and they supp**** me with there details, I am going to visit my bank and try and reverse this and stop the debit order. They are a bunch of *******.
