Unresolved issue

Hi guys, i have had a problem with My Gas Cape Town branch, sorting a misunderstanding that occurred on the 6th of May 2023, been going back & forth, chatting with how many people as well as emailing left right & centre with My Gas, until today nothing has been sorted, causing me inconvenience & it's becoming 😤 & i'm getting annoyed. I might be a small customer but i've been loyal for a long time. I hope Mr S M will see this. Thanks
