UNPAID REFUND

This is my last hope at getting my refund from My Gas Lanseria branch.

On the 16th of November 2022 I double paid my gas for a delivery. My husband and I both paid for the same delivery. Upon realizing our mistake I called asking for a refund I was told it take 2 to 3 weeks for the refund I did indicate to the consultant that I needed the money.

Until today I'm still waiting. With many phone calls emails still no luck. When I was asked to confirm my banking details I was sure something will happen that's over 10 days ago and still no response now my emails are just being ignored. When I call I'm told it's been approved but waiting for a final signature from the finance department that of course I can't contact directly. My matter is said to be high priority but I'm still waiting. With the Christmas long weekend coming I'm so frustrated.

I've never had an issue with them until now. I have supp**** every document they needed.
