Stay away from My Gas, you are sure to have more headaches than help!!!

I have had one bad experience at My Gas after the other. After I received my delivery last week I was told that they have to bill me for a gas canister, even though I already had one, but that this will be refunded once they receive the canister back. I gave the canister back last Friday. On Monday I sent an e-mail asking when this refund will take place, I was told that the money would reflect in my account tomorrow. Wednesday I sent another e-mail asking when this refund will be done, I was told that now the financial manager was out and that they thought the refund had been done, but in actual fact it had not. I asked when it will be done and the lady in accounts told me she would call me the following day. It is now Friday when I sent an e-mail and decided to call again. They told me that the financial manager is still not in and they can not process my refund until he signs off on it, but now I get told that they need a bank letter / proof of banking details from me as well as another e-mail requesting for my refund. They had also invoiced me twice for the same delivery and when I asked this to be corrected, this can also not be done without the financial managers say so. Do you mean to tell me that the entire company comes to a stand still when their financial manager is at a conference? Every time I call there is always a new excuse as to why something has not been done? It seems like My Gas doesn't want the business. Rest assured I would rather pay double for my gas in the future then have to deal with this incompetency again. I will be warning everyone to stay away from My Gas
