Horrible after sale service tl

Horrible after sale service. I purchase a 9kg and19kg refill on the 1 June. On the 9 of Aug i sent an email advising that the 19kg gas which i use for my gas stove was finish. I however purchased a 19kg before and it lasted more than 8 months. So something was definitely wrong with the bottle which was replaced . I emailed mygas on the 9 Aug 2021 and logged a complaint. Refilwe Pilane who was supposed to have gotten back to me has not to date i email to request a follow up twice and even called the office and left 2 messages for her to contact me. Horrible service.
