Bad Service

Ordered & paid for a 19kg gas, 2 days later still waiting, even after a number of emailed which is ignored & called that gets transfered between so many people, then after 10 minutes on the call, you go back to the opperater & told to call back later. dont know whats happened to thier serve, as i ordered a few months back & all went great.
